Action required for your pending orders and transactions

With the extension of the lockdown announced on 1st May 2020, the Government of India has issued guidelines permitting limited operation of logistics services.

We request you to coordinate with your respective logistic service providers checking their service availability and make sure that you:

1. ship and clear the backlog of your pending orders immediately;
2. cancel transactions for the buyers from the countries where inward shipment services have not yet resumed or destinations which are still under lockdown with no visibility.

This may enable your account to receive new orders and help resuming your business operations.
